Ryan Nussbaum
Ryan, a third-generation Houstonian, father of two and the younger brother of Lindsay, began his architecture career after graduating from Texas A&M University’s Langford College of Architecture. He gained valuable experience in project management and residential design in California before furthering his education at the University of Houston’s Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture. Combining his passion for architecture and teaching, Ryan gained teaching experience as a tutor and mentor during his time as a graduate student, guiding undergraduate students and discovering his gift for education. After completing his studies, Ryan joined a prestigious international architecture firm, where he trained under industry leaders and contributed to diverse local and national design projects. Transitioning to the real estate industry, he excelled at a prominent Houston residential firm for over a decade. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and patient approach, Ryan’s results-driven mentality consistently yields positive outcomes in mentoring Kinkaid students from lower school through high school in mathematics and sciences during evenings and weekends. Leveraging his experience in project management and design, Ryan guides students in their academic journeys, emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
